Program Overview

Whether it’s land use, environmental risk management, or space exploration: spatial data are required for a wide range of societal, scientific, and economic applications. This program provides the skills needed to acquire, analyse, and apply geoinformation using modern technologies. How TUM decides: an aptitude recommendation. Taking part is compulsory, but its result does not affect admission: with a high enough score from your grades you are admitted straight away, and otherwise after an interview. Teaching is in English.
