Program Overview
BSc IB gives a broad grounding in business economics and strategy in a global context: how international companies spot opportunities, manage risk and adapt their strategies across markets with different laws, regulations and customers. About 45% of the programme is economics and mathematics, 30% trade and logistics, 15% organisation and management and 10% innovation and entrepreneurship. Maths is a working tool in about half of the compulsory courses, and the focus is on global markets and business strategy rather than finance and accounting. The programme is taught in English in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen, and about a third of its students come from abroad. How competitive: in 2026, the 60% of places awarded on grades (quota 1) went to applicants from about 42 IB points (a Danish GPA of 11.1). The other 40% are awarded on a motivational essay and activities (quota 2), where any Diploma holder (24 points) can compete.
