Computing (MEng)

Program Overview

Computing is a creative and wide-ranging subject that focuses on using sound underlying principles and logical thinking to design and build systems that really work. This general programme offers a wide range of module choices as you progress, with a strong grounding in discrete mathematics, computer architecture and software engineering. At the end of the third year you complete a paid industrial placement, and your study reaches Master's level in the final year, with a wide choice of optional modules and a substantial individual project.
