Program Overview
The BBA in Economics (ECON) program nurtures graduates who are skilled in economic reasoning and the use of data to make sound business decisions. Compared to our BSc in Economics and Finance (ECOF) program, the ECON program offers more core courses in various business disciplines, which equips graduates with the multi-disciplinary perspective needed to analyze business problems and public policies, and to recommend solutions. Students have the flexibility to choose from a wide variety of elective economics courses. Students interested in economic research may enroll in the Honors Thesis Courses in their final year to further develop their research skills and take the opportunity to work closely with a faculty member on their own research project.
