Sustainable Management and Technology

Program Overview

The societal interest in sustainability-oriented business grows with a changed consumer awareness and new environmental agreements. It is important for companies to master this trend towards regenerative products and this change to a climate-neutral and sustainable resource and technology management How TUM decides: an aptitude assessment. TUM's score out of 100 weights your IB total, converted to a German grade, at 65% and your grades in maths (×2), your best science (×2) and English at 35%. A score of 88 or more admits you, 66 or less does not, and in between you are invited to an interview. On TUM's formula, with 6s in those subjects, an IB total of 40 or more passes outright, and 29 or below is turned down (our calculation from TUM's rules, not a figure TUM publishes). Teaching is in English, and TUM checks your English in the aptitude assessment.
