Program Overview
BEng Biomedical Engineering at HKU integrates engineering principles with life sciences. The programme is accredited by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and covers core areas including biomechanics, medical instrumentation, tissue engineering, bioinformatics, and biomedical imaging. There are 5 specialist areas offered, including computational bioengineering and medical engineering. Articulation pathway to MBBS is also available for outstanding students.
