Program Overview
Our Bachelor of Economics (BEcon) and Bachelor of Economics and Finance (BEcon&Fin) teach economic and financial theories and practical applications to unpack challenges in trade, banking, labour, and financial institutions. Through the BEcon programme, you will learn to evaluate economic performance of regional markets and analyse human behaviour and social interactions. The BEcon&Fin programme recognises the significance of economics as a foundation for the study of finance. The School offers a dual-degree Future Leaders programme with Peking University (PKU). The BEcon&Fin programme is a designated CFA university affiliation programme. Students are eligible for the CGMA Finance Leadership Program. Graduates have secured employment at Bloomberg, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, and PwC.
