
Program Overview
The Human Biology Program is an undergraduate collaborative program homed in Cell and Systems Biology with strong connections between the Faculty of Arts and Science and the Faculty of Medicine. With community-engaged learning courses, undergraduate research opportunities, and award-winning faculty members, we offer an exciting educational experience for students. Our programs examine the biology of our species through interdisciplinary lenses by integrating topics from the biological and medical sciences, social sciences, and the humanities. The overall structure of the collaborative program is designed to expose students to the transdisciplinary field of human biology with opportunities to specialize in selected areas of inquiry in the field.
