Program Overview

This program trains future primary school teachers, providing pedagogical knowledge and practical teaching skills. Students study child development, curriculum design, and teaching methodologies across subject areas. The curriculum includes supervised classroom practice to prepare graduates for teaching careers. How competitive: Catalan universities rank applicants on an admission mark out of 14, and in June 2026 the last place in the first allocation went at 8.972. With UNEDasiss accreditation an IB Diploma counts as your average subject grade plus 3 (a 6 in every subject gives 9), so 8.972 took about 36 points from the six subjects.
